Job Description

The Real I.S. Group has a track record of more than 30 years as BayernLB’s fund provider specialised in Real Estate investments. As a member company of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe (group of German savings banks, Landesbanken and associated companies), the Group ranks among the leading asset managers in the German market. Along with Alternative Investment Funds (special AIFs and closedend mutual AIFs), the range of products and services comprises customised fund solutions, club deals and joint ventures.The company has assets of around EUR13 billion under management. The Real I.S. Group has two licensed investment management companies (KVGs) established under the German Investment Code (KAGB) and operates subsidiaries in the Netherlands, France, Spain, Ireland, Luxembourg and Australia.

The company's investment in the Netherlands involves funds totaling over one billion euros. Along with its key real estate holdings in Amsterdam, Real I.S. also owns properties throughout the entire Randstad region. The branch is dedicated to continually expanding the company's investments in the country.

• Management of Dutch commercial properties (office, retail, logistics and possibly other asset classes)
• Development of property and rental strategies
• Drawing up, coordinating and monitoring of property budgets and business plans
• Preparation of rental and investment decisions
• Active involvement in property acquisitions and sales
• Conducting of contract negotiations (rental, brokerage and service agreements)
• Provision of support for key tenants
• Selection, monitoring and management of external service providers, especially property managers
• Realisation of value enhancement potentials and optimisation of property performance
• Internal and external reporting

Requirements

• Degree in economics, law or architecture or similar qualification, ideally property-related
• Several years of professional experience in property or asset management, experience of working abroad would be advantageous
• Extensive knowledge of the Dutch property market (various asset classes)
• Profound knowledge of relevant real estate KPIs and procedures
• Excellent proficiency of English and Dutch, German would be appreciated
• Ability to think analytically and conceptual, to have a fast comprehension, and to work structured and carefully
• Very strong communication and negotiation skills
• Very high level of motivation, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
• Intercultural competence and good manners
• High identification with our corporate values
