Job Description
This role involves primarily supporting asset management activities within our Western European Logistics Real Estate portfolio. Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining portfolio databases with financial and property information, monitoring activities of external property managers, establishing asset management practices, drafting asset management documentation, and participating in monthly asset and portfolio management meetings.
- Assisting in asset management reporting by preparing monthly and quarterly reports, presentations, and maintaining financial models across the portfolio.
- Participating in leasing activities by preparing lease memos and proposals, conducting financial analysis of potential leases, researching and updating leasing databases, and creating individual tenant underwriting files.
- Contributing to financial reporting and analysis by maintaining rent rolls, preparing variance analyses, monitoring budgets, and conducting financial modeling for assets.
- Processing third-party invoices related to asset management activities in collaboration with the finance department.
- Collaborating with internal departments (property management, portfolio management, finance) and stakeholders, as well as liaising with headquarters in Singapore.
- Additional responsibilities include working closely with external property managers to ensure proper asset maintenance, fostering tenant relationships, and coordinating with external parties.
