Job Description

As a Manager Portfolio Management, you will be responsible for optimizing the performance and value of a diverse property portfolio. You will develop strategic plans and marketing initiatives to maximize income and asset value. This role involves close collaboration with international colleagues and taking ownership of reporting processes, financial oversight, and asset positioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute portfolio management strategies for logistics real estate assets across Europe and the UK;
• Collaborate closely with on-the-ground asset management teams and global internal stakeholders for reporting, budgeting, and asset management planning;
• Lead and coordinate portfolio and fund reporting processes;
• Oversee asset positioning to enhance cash flow and value creation;
• Prepare and manage annual budgets and performance reports at both asset and portfolio levels;
• Conduct data analysis to support strategic decisions and uncover value-creation opportunities;
• Monitor and track initiatives aimed at optimizing portfolio performance;
• Define market entry and exit strategies to drive returns and identify new profitability opportunities;
• Participate in the evaluation of new investments and their impact on the existing portfolio;
• Maintain up-to-date market intelligence and monitor industry trends to ensure competitiveness.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field;
• 3–5 years of relevant experience managing commercial property portfolios across the UK and Europe;
• Strong understanding of the European and UK real estate markets and practices;
• Hands-on approach with solid financial expertise;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, for effective communication with international stakeholders.
