Leasing Manager Industrial

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective leasing strategies for logistics and light industrial properties.
• Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and prepare reports and presentations to support strategic decision-making.
• Attract new tenants and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing tenants.
• Ensure an excellent tenant experience throughout the entire lease lifecycle.
• Negotiate lease and occupancy agreements in accordance with legal and financial guidelines.
• Coordinate the leasing process and collaborate with external stakeholders such as brokers, consultants, and real estate partners.
• Work closely with internal departments to support both new and existing lease contracts.
• Manage quarterly and annual budgeting processes and verify monthly rent assumptions for individual properties.
• Contribute to team objectives, optimize leasing processes, and perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leasing logistics or industrial properties, ideally with a broker background.
• Strong network of relevant industry contacts.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proactive approach and initiative, including cold calling and local market mapping.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
