Our client is a growing asset and investment management company active within the real estate market with €400 million assets under management. The client manages real estate, via several strategies for their capital partners, in various sectors like Retail, Healthcare and Offices. Our client offers a Technical Project Manager position on Senior level within their Amsterdam-based team.
As Technical Project Manager you will be responsible for managing large CapEx projects of existing properties in the Netherlands and Germany with the following main responsibilities:
• Managing large CapEx projects from initiative to realization in cooperation with external partners
• Liaise with property manager, municipalities, developers, contractors, consultants and other relevant parties
• Managing budget, time, risk and quality to ensure that the desired project results & objectives are delivered
• Responsible for the maintenance policy and the implementation of the sustainability policy based on the real estate strategies
• Analysing and monitoring technical status of the real estate portfolio and regularly updating, preparing and working out CapEx and OpEx budgets
Experience
• At least 5 to 7 years of work experience from working within technical asset and project management area within real estate
• Proven track record on property and project management
• Skilled user in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Fluent in Dutch and English, German is a plus.
Educational background
• Bachelor’s degree in Building Sciences/Civil engineering or a related field.
